I took my car in for Brakes Plus to change out my winter wheels/tires for my summer wheels/tires (already mounted before I went to Brakes Plus). I gave them explicit instructions to only swap out the wheels/tires. Nothing else. While I'm waiting for my car at the store, I get a call from my neighbor telling me to slow down. This obviously confused me as I was at Brakes Plus with my car. Apparently, Kevin, the MANAGER of the store, without my permission, took my car out for a little joy ride and the brainiac took it out in my actual neighborhood where he floored it multiple times going way over the speed limit in a residential area. This guy isn't too bright because he apparently didn't see that I had a front and rear dash cam in my car. After I get home, I review the footage and yup - I see exactly what my neighbor was talking about! The Manager of Brakes Plus is ragging on MY car in MY neighborhood! Needless to say, Brakes Plus will never see my business again!
