I called per Aetna's, my insurance company, referral. Dr. Lang said he's only in our town on certain days, so we arranged to meet on one of those, three days from my calling. He did not know he accepted Aetna, but fortunately someone in the background did and assured him so. I arrived and only he was there. (A side note, it smelled strongly, unpleasantly to me, so avoid this office if that will affect you) I introduced myself and, as I have an unusual name and expected to be establishing a continuing relationship with this person tried to introduce myself clearly. He repeated incorrectly, and I repeated my name but he was ready to move on, evidently. I filled out a form then realized I forgot my insurance card and stated so upon which point he began to lecture me about how I need to accept responsibility for my actions. I told him this was NOT what I needed and I would go elsewhere. We yelled at each other and I left. Unfortunate experience, at best.
