- Aromatherapy - The use of therapeutic-grade essential oils makes all the difference in our treatments. Aromatherapy is not only a delight for the senses, it is used to treat sinus and chest congestion, headaches, balance hormones, upset stomach, athletes foot, depression, muscular aches, arthritic conditions, and more. Mu Xing Therapy: What is Mu Xing therapy? Mu Xing is the use of heated bamboo during therapeutic massage to address deep muscular pain, reducing stiffness and soreness of muscle tissue. Bamboo sticks can also be used at room temperature for those sensitive to heat. Many people find this treatment deeply relaxing, and very effective in treating pain. Prenatal or Pregnancy Massage: This treatment is so important and offered after the first trimester. It not only relaxes, and reduces stress of the mother-to be, it reduces pressure points in the hips, and feet, and can aid in an easier delivery. Postnatal recovery massage also offered. This helps the new mother's body to heal from all the changes undergone during pregnancy. Its also great to reduce stretch marks on the abdomen, and most importantly, rest and renewal. Craniosacral Therapy: This is a subtle treatment, with profound effects, that most people find very relaxing. It works with the central nervous system to achieve harmony within the body and restructure misalignments due to injury, and trauma. It treats: Emotional dysfunction, migraine headaches, scoliosis, fibro myalgia, sleep disorders, TMJ pain, spinal-cord injuries, nervous tension, traumatic brain injury, and other maladies.
