This is a restaurant I always visit when in Montpelier. Friendly, warm atmosphere, food is unusual in a wonderful, not weird, way. Healthy food served in just the kind of small intimate place we need more of for meeting friends and family and enjoying food together.

Don't miss this great place. Very imaginative soups, and one of the best salads I've ever had.

This is a charming place to eat with delicious soup and salads. Very tasty! Every day they have a new menu with four soup choices on it, and there are a few sandwiches and salads also. Don't go if you are in a hurry--they are a little on the slow side. Also a little pricey for soup: near $8 per serving for just soup, $12 for soup and salad. But well worth it if that is what you are in the mood for.

They'll give you a sample to make sure. Like a particular kind of ingredient? Give them your name and phone number and they'll call you when it's on the menu! What other restuarant does this?!Dessert is equally divine. The cheesecake is superbly smooth and light. You can eat an entire slice and not feel weighed down.
