- Chiropractic AdjustmentsThe VibraCussor is an instrument used along with chiropractic adjustments to relax tense muscles, relieve lymphatic congestion, restore joint motion, reduce post-exertion muscle soreness, release superficial and deep fascia and free adhesions and scar tissue. The vibrocussor delivers waves of percussive impulses deep into the tissues. The benefits include reduction or elimination in the frequency and intensity of musculoskeletal pain, decrease the need for pain medication and greatly improve the ability to participate in activities of normal daily living. It feels amazing as the medical grade percussive forces permeate your body. It almost forces your body to relax. Just ask any of our patients.
- Spinal AdjustmentsUsed primarily by Doctors of Chiropractic (DCs) for the last century, the spinal adjustment has been largely ignored by most others in the health care community until recently. Chiropractic spinal adjustment is a safe and effective spine pain treatment. It reduces pain, increases range of motion, decreases pain, decreases need for medication, rapidly advances physical therapy, and requires very few passive forms of treatment, such as bed rest. In fact, after an extensive study of all currently available care for low back problems, the Agency for Health Care Policy and Research-a federal government research organization-recommended that low back pain sufferers choose the most conservative care first. And it recommended spinal adjustment as a safe and effective, drugless form of initial professional treatment for acute low back problems in adults. Ninety five percent of the time Dr. Bui & Dr. Hall use the Pulstar FRAS instrument to adjust the spine. There is no twisting or cracking involved.
- Intersegmental TractionTherapy is FDA cleared and has been clinically proven with an 86% success rate for pain associated with herniated or bulging discs...even after failed surgery. It is a non-surgical, traction therapy for the relief of back and leg pain or neck and arm pain. During this procedure, by cycling through distraction and relaxation phases and by proper positioning, a spinal disc can be isolated and placed under negative pressure, causing a vacuum effect within it. This has been shown to actually reduce the size of the hernaition or bulge in many patients in follow up MRI. We have helped many patients with this technology & if you would like to speak personally with someone who has benifited just let us know.

- Disc Herniation TreatmentAt selected times, back surgery may be unavoidable. However, post -surgical pain may develop. There are several factors involved in post-surgical pain. The most common being the formation of scar tissue as a result of the surgical procedures. Mechanical stress may be transferred above or below the fused levels. Recurrent disc herniation may occur. Muscle weakness of the trunk and lower extremity muscular groups may develop. Flexibility of the spine through manipulation, exercise and therapy are useful in controlling the development of post-surgical back syndrome.
