Established in 1973 as a small tavern, Rube's Steakhouse and Meat Company is a family-owned restaurant and meat shop. It has a seating capacity of more than 500 people and offers over 15 entrees options for its guests. It is voted as one of the eight favorite places in the world by The Boston Globe, as well as recipient of the Iowa Beef Backer Award for quality. Rube's Steakhouse and Meat Company sells beef and pork cuts, bacon-wrapped boneless pork loins and bacon-wrapped filet mignons, as well as steak packages, including New York strip, rib eye, T-bone and sirloin steaks.
