United Medical Company in Monticello,employees do not do their critical care job, in providing patients with oxygen, in a crisis situation, nor normal every day service.They are rude and nonchalant in providing a patient, whose oxygen producing machine, got hot, started smoking and had to be put outside.The answering service could not reach on call tech and refused to call manager, for a lady that was recently released from heart hospital and was sent home in fibrillation and congestive heart failure.She only had two small tanks of oxygen.Sincerely hoping she survives, until they decide to maybe bring new machine to McGehee, AR, from Monticello.Yes, emergencies happen.That is why they are supposed to have an on call technician.The answering service rude and refusing to call manager of business, when after two hours, the on call technician, still not answering call out emergency.I will be changing medical companies, as soon as possible.It is holiday, or would change NOW!!!!United Medical facing lawsuit, in consequence of leaving patient in congestive heart failure, without oxygen!!!!

They are all rude and do not get stuff out on time. They schedule appointments and never show up.
