Called with an issue techs where on site and issue resolved within 30min.
WORST EVER...12 years we have had this service for cable & Internet since we moved here. It is the worst service ever, the worst customer service ever, the internet does not work half the time, the tv is snowy and some days several channels are just missing, but we don't have any choices here. No competition is the reason we have horrible service here. Today I called because my e-mail has not,worked for months, they don't care and don't even have anyone working there to deal with the problems. Again bad customer service and bad attitude. Whatever you do , don't get TV or internet from cablevision, you will be sorry within the week. Horrible service, bad reception, bad attitude, no help with the problems.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced from a cable company, and right up there with the worst from any service provider I have ever dealt with. The failure rate is on the high side, and when there is a problem during the times normal working people are at home (nights & weekends) FORGET getting in touch with anyone. You can leave a message - but don't expect anyone to call you back. They will deal with it if/when they feel like it. Switchboard made me select a rating of at least one star. It is not deserved.
