I found them to be very helpful, easy to schedule, and extremely professional. Great experience, no complaints.

Nice clean office with many different kinds of rooms. Been there 6 times now and never been in the same room. Nice staff, greeted as soon as I walked in. Their billing people were nice too, after having an issue with my insurance, they helped me get it all sorted out. No issues, would recommend.

Great place. Was referred by a friend, glad that I listened. They were able to help me sort out everything going on & help me get my life back on track.

Very warm atmosphere, friendly service staff. The lady that I spoke with took the time to help me understand my benefits & what was not covered. The therapist was extremely pleasant and thoughtful with her responses. At this point I have only been there six or seven times, but overall they have been extremely helpful.

Really enjoyed my time there. Everyone is super friendly and they did a good job of not making it feel like a dr.'s office. My therapist(s) helped my life back on track & helped me thru a pretty dark time. My only complaint is that their location is so far away for me!

Love the environment! From the moment that you walk in, they make you feel at home with calm, relaxing colors, gentle music, and nice smelling candles. Their staff is extremely helpful. I was able to get in early so that it doesn't interrupt my work day. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking.

Great place! Have been going there between 6-8 months now. Scheduling was easy, they helped me understand my insurance & it's limitations. I have had to switch therapists a few times due to my work schedule changing & they have always been more than accommodating. I did miss an appointment once and got hit with a fee, but they worked with me. Overall, compared to other counselors or counseling centers in this area, these folks have always been top notch!

I was charged $65 for a no-show fee, when I cancelled my appointment 2 weeks before the scheduled date. ( Their policy is 24 hours) I went back and forth many times with the office manager who requested certain information to prove I had called. ( My Cell Phone Records, which in no uncertain terms showed that I made the call when I said I did) I provided everything he asked for, proved in black and white that I did in fact call to cancel. He was condescending, rude and charged me anyway. It seems someone from their answering service made an error, but I was still charged. Extremely bad business practices. Seems to me that their main priority is collecting fees, copays and money from the insurance company, not helping or caring about their patients which is quite disappointing.
