Took my son there on a Friday night for an ear infection. No one ever took his temperature. When asked if he had a fever, I told the "doctor" I didn't know b/c I hadn't taken it NOR had anyone in the office upon examination. When the doctor left the exam room to retrieve a thermometer, I looked at the exam card and half the things on the form weren't asked and checked off incorrectly. Terrible care. I felt bad when I had to tell the receptionist/front desk girls that we were leaving b/c it was terribly organized and the care wasn't what it should have been. I'll never return.
