Professionally seal coating driveways and parking lots for thirteen years. My choice of material is coal tar latex. I use this type of material instead of oil, because it adheres to the asphalt(blacktop)better and last longer. Coal tar is also environmentally safe. I've had several inquiries asking if I use oil based coal tar,which I do not use. So I am pleased to be now offering oil based coal tar, upon request. I take pride in my work and always strive to have satisfied customers.I'm also very affordable and I usually beat the competitor's price.
