On Saturday night the personality of the waffle house employees were just plain out sorry. Not greeting us when we walked in. We sit down wasn't but 2 other tables one was already done. They looks at us and took a minute for the waitress to get up from talking to her friend and come take our orders.Finally took our order and after she called the order I politely ask her did she tell the cook how to make the order because she didn't tell her so I had to send it back. The cook was cooking raw eggs in a dirty bowl that had been sitting there with dried raw eggs. They had to throw away burnt waffles. The entire cooking station was filthy. They left the refrigerator door open. All the coffee pots were empty. The cook making food and on her cell phone. Just disgusting and unsanitary. Not cleaning the dishes. Other folks came in they never greeted them or acknowledges them they sit in the chairs never said anything to the 4people so they left. She said oh well my tips just walked out in front of the other customer. Then two older folks came in they never acknowledges them and they heard what they said they dit there for a minute and they walked out without beening serviced. We were just passing through and seen the Waffle House but will never visit this one again. The District Manger need to address this problem and look at the camera from Saturday,January 31,2015..VERY POOR Unprofessional Unconcerned Workers. The service was horrible. 4 unprofessional services. No greeting the customers. Acting like they didn't care. 4 black folk and 2older white men walked out because they never acknowledged them.ICOULD UNDERSTAND A LITTLE BETTER IF THEY WERE BUSY BUT THEY WERE NOT. The waitress said ole well there there goes my tips. Another white guy said I eat here everyday and his order was wrong. I heard her when she call my order out and I politely told her that it wasn't right then she had to take it back. The entire cooking station was filthy the burn waffle was thrash the egg bowl was to dirty to keep putting raw eggs in. They was leaving the refrigerator open.The cook was cooking and on her cell phone.I WISH THAT I COULD HAVE CALLED THE HEALTH INSPECTOR.I can't believe that the waffle manger LET THIS TYPE OF SERVICE GO ON IN A NICE AREA SUCH AS CHANTILLY PARKWAY MONTGOMERY AL.PLEASR PULL THE CAMERA ON SATURDAY NIGHT AROUND 7:20-8:00 WHEN WE WAS THERE..
