      My name is Jessie Hall & I worked for Stallings & McCorvey for 14 years. They always told us Supervisors to build all building as if we were going to live in them. Mr Stallings(Tobe) would never take a short cut on anything. If it did not suite him he would tell us to tear it out & start all over at his expense. Mr Jesse Frank Stallings was a mighty good man !
