Eight years ago, we bought an antique armoire we had seen on their website. Recently, we discovered a problem with the armoire and could no longer use it. We emailed Mr. Tucci who responded in a timely manner. He could have told us that too much time had passed and that there was nothing he could do. Instead, he was willing to work with us. We took pictures of the problem and sent them electronically. Mr. Tucci refunded our money, picked up the armoire,and shipped it free of charge. Not only does he stand behind what he sells, but he provides exceptional customer service.
