Jack Cooper, M.D. Dr. Jack Cooper is a board certified general surgeon who was raised in Montgomery, AL. He received his medical degree from University of South Alabama College of Medicine in Mobile, AL. He completed his general surgery residency and minimally invasive and bariatric surgery fellowship at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC. He is an associate member of the American College of Surgeons. While in training, Dr. Cooper received several awards, including the Michael Moore Award for outstanding student in Gross Anatomy. He was the co-founder and President of The Surgical Interest Group of the University of South Alabama School Of Medicine. Dr. Cooper graduated Cum Laude in undergraduate studies as well as being a member of the Cardinal Key National Honor Society and the Biological National Honor Society. Dr. Cooper has a special interest in treating a diverse spectrum of general surgical conditions, as well as open and laparoscopic surgery and endoscopy. Clint Streetman, M.D. Dr. Clint Streetman is a board certified general surgeon who is a native of Hurtsboro and graduated from Lee Scott Academy in Auburn. He then earned his undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Alabama –Birmingham where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a member of Alpha Epsilon Delta, Phi Kappa Phi, Phi Sigma, Golden Key and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Societies. He received his medical degree from the University Of Alabama - Birmingham School Of Medicine where he received three scholarships: Hayne Kendrick Medical Scholarship, Maiben Cammack Medical Scholarship and the J.P. Newsome Medical Scholarship. He completed his general surgery residency at the Medical Center of Central Georgia, Mercer School of Medicine and his Minimally Invasive Surgery Fellowship from Surgeons Group of Baton Rouge, LA. Dr. Streetman is a member of the American College of Surgeons and SAGES (Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons). Dr. Streetman treats all general surgical conditions but special interests include laparoscopic surgery as well as endoscopy procedures including foregut and abdominal wall hernias.
