I came on to write a review and saw where this person was so unhappy ,I am sorry to see this person so upset with Jerry's auto glass.I had a chip fixed on my windshield by his technician/daughter,I have had no problems with my windshield,how ever I was told there was no guarantee that the windshield would not crack,after all it is already damaged,I can understand this person being upset about his windshield and he did state a rock had chipped it. He even stated Jerry offered to replace it,but it seems to me this person is wanting something for nothing,common sense would tell you it could still crack,If he had wanted a brand New windshield He should have ask them to replace it with a brand new and not to just repair a chip.I am sorry that this person would want to stop at nothing to hurt his business,I for one am a satisfied customer,and thankful I ran into such an honest man.
