Awesome food, drinks, service.What a great place!! Loved it!

WILL NEVER GO AGAIN!!!! Walked in on a Friday night and there was no one in line. The girl ask how many, told her 2, she looked around (I saw 2 empty tables myself) and she said it would be a few minutes. Another couple walked in and she took their names and said it would be a few minutes. Then 3 young people waled in and they knew each other and they had a seat and then another couple came in and she took their names. Then she called her 3 friends to be seated and the the couple next to us. The couple next to us told her that we were their first and she gave a 'so what' look so we got up and exited the building and went to San Marcos and were seated in the order we came in and my date,( a store manager at a business in Eastchase that has eaten at Ixtapa many times, and also will NEVER return) said San Marcos was much, much better.

i.e., I have always been a fan of this Bar and Grill until resently. I would not recommend an of my friends to go back and that was something I did often. Call in orders is the problem. I have placed orders by phone on four seperate occasions and never have they been taken correctly. This last time I actually went back in to get my order right when usually I just keep it. The person who took my order argued with me, told me he explained and repeated my order by the number when I know I placed my order with the name of the item, and then he refused to either make the order right or at least compensate me. I will not be returning especailly since I was argued with. You have lost a good customer.

Great food and great service!! One of my favorite places to eat!!
