Very professional and helpful. Prices are high, but all dance wear prices are high!

We loved this shop and got excellent service. They really made the first time point experience special. My only regret is that it's not closer to us here in Auburn.

Excellent selection, what we need is always in stock. She fits shoes really well.

Selection is minimal. Nobody that works there has expertise in dance. Several teenagers work there. They do not give refunds, only store credit. Prices are high. We have to drive all the way to B'ham to get pointe shoes.

The lack of communication is astounding. Very unprofessional face to face and over the phone communication with a lackadaisical air about them. They didn't seem to know what they were talking about, making the processes very aggravating. If you want anything done, make the trip to Atlanta. It's worth the drive to spare you dealing with these people.

The service and selection in this store is A+. We've been shopping here for about 3-4 years, and their prices are very competitive. They keep up with purchases in their computer to track shoe sizes, etc, to make it easier for a ballet mom to shop.
