Sturbridge Commons Apartments is the worst place to work and live! The property is manage by family members who are partners in crimes together! Unnecessary work is constantly created because of poor management decisions. All work and no pay! Management did not prioritize their resident's concerns. They cared nothing for their employees excellent performance and integrity as to offer any type of rewards or incentives! Maintenance was awful; work orders never got repaired in a timely manner or if they got repaired at all! Residents are our paycheck and office personnel should want to please and keep them happy! However it was quite the contrary. There was no no TEAM SPIRIT. It was all about self satisfaction! My prayer is that someone on B&M Management up line staff will see the pattern of negativity that's going on at their properties and make a positive change to their system before it's too late!
