Part 3 - Once I reached Becky, she very rudely told me they don't have to pay anything because their insurance policy doesn't cover that kind of damage. I told her to me this its irrelevant to me WHO pays for the damage and while I understand the insurance company now will not pay for the damage, that Allied Fence is still responsible for the damage. So on Dec 1st after I spoke to the agent I contacted Sherrie again via email telling her what her insurance company said and have not received one single response. With that said, I will perpetuate the publication of my horrific experience with Sherrie Norris, James Norris and Allied Fence Company in Montgomery, AL to let the public know what sort of shady, dishonorable, and irresponsible company they really are. - My story is 100% accurate and I have pictures and emails to support my account.

Part 2 - Upon further inspection of the truck I saw not only was the bed of the truck completely open and overflowing with gravel/ pebbles, but that there were cracks in the tail of the truck where additional debris was falling out. - Finally I decided to contact the owners James and Sherrie Norris. Upon explaining to them what happened (on November 24, 2014), I was ensured both on the phone and in email that they would take care of the damage through their insurance. I then received an email asking for an estimate at which I sent them one from a local dealer. 2 days later I get an email from Sherrie telling me that all future correspondence must go through her insurance agent Becky Bryant. I thought this was a little fishy since I am a 3rd party to all this but I called Becky anyway. (Part 3 is after)

In mid-November I was driving well behind one of their trucks and drivers on 85 South in Montgomery and all of the sudden gravel/ pebbles started hitting the front of my vehicle and windshield. I immediately realized it was the truck directly in front of me that was the source gravel/ pebbles. I immediately noticed chips/ crack on my windshield where the debris was hitting my windshield. Upon this happening I pulled up to the side of the truck to avoid any more damage and to take down the name, number etc. of the company which was the Allied Fence company in Montgomery, AL. I repeatedly asked the driver to pull over and he wouldn't until I eventually all but forced him over. When I spoke to the driver all he had to say was "It aint my damn truck or company." At that point I realized he wasnt assuming responsibilities. - This is part 1 since the space is limited. Part 2 is next.
