Advanced Physician Weight Management is a comprehensive physician-directed weight loss program. Located in Montgomery, Ala., the center conducts a pertinent history physical exam, laboratory test and extensive body measurement. The participants undertake dietary modifications, exercise programs and behavior modifications which help the loss of excess fat without loss of muscle or bone. Some of its weight-loss products include beverages, drinks, meals, snacks, breakfast bars, Rodex Forte and Chrome Mate. In addition to this, Advanced Physician Weight Management offers services which include nutritionist and personal trainer, weekly follow-up of vital signs, periodic re-evaluation of progress, prescription/natural weight loss medications and nutritionally balanced supplements.
