Called 3d after my tv went out and guy that helped me troubleshoot the issue was very helpful. Will definately be back.

My plasma started to go out so I called and got offered a fair price to look at my set- took it in and had my tv back working within a few days! If you have any problems take your tv there- Mr. D was very nice!

I had problems with my big screen tv- so I called and the pick up and delievery guys were very helpful and my tv was repaired within a week! Thanks 3D!

I took an Onkyo CD player to 3D for repairs. After telling me that they could not order the needed part from Onkyo themselves, my wife and I ordered it personally and delivered it to them. They installed it, though they needed nearly a month and several phone calls from me to create the needed sense of urgency to finish the job. When I picked up the unit, the technician said that he needed more time because the tray holding the CDs would no longer open or retract. I decided to have another establishment look at the unit. They found that the integrated circuits controlling the tray had been fried and that there were numerous screws missing from the unit that had not been replaced when it was reassembled. Save your self a lot of trouble and avoid 3D if at all possible!

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of 3D. My Onkyo CD player required a very simple remove and replace procedure. After purchasing the part from the manufacturer myself (because 3D said they couldn't) I gave them over a month to fix what was wrong. To their credit, they installed the new part but returned to me my CD player with a tray that no longer opened and closed automatically. Had I not given them an ultimatum, I'm sure my system would have remained in their shop indefinitely. I strongly recommend you avoid this establishment!
