La Colonial Tortilla Products, family owned since 1952, produces authentic flour tortillas, corn tortillas, fried products, specialty items and wraps for restaurants, schools and other institutions. The company also produces and packages private label food items for retail. The company has manufacturing facilities in San Jose and Los Angeles, Calif. The manufacturing process is kosher certified, military approved and American Sanitation Institute (ASI) certified. La Colonial conducts an extensive food safety and sanitation program to ensure its customers a quality-processing environment that meets FDA regulations.
