My family got this insurance from my work, i'm really dissapointed, they provide us with a list of medical facilities and i've been calling at least to 5 from the list, they were saying contracts are expired. finally i made appointment with one medical facility there, when i went - the same story, they canceled appointment, because EHS didn't approve my visit, 6 months with insurance, and couldn't see the doctor.
