Dr. Harel Ho is superb. I really appreciate Dr. Ho's patience in answering questions. He is compassionate and informative. He seems like he really cares about his patients. He is close to my home and I would make him my family doctor except his office staff is horrible. They often are not kind on the phone or in person. I really do not understand why Dr. Ho keeps them. Maybe it's my race. I'm Asian. The office staff is comprised of Hispanic women and they seem to give preference to Hispanic patients. At times I feel like they are talking behind my back and/or rolling their eyes at each other. How can this be good office manners? I've been there at least 5 times. Same attitude every time, so I can't blame it on coincidence or "just a bad day." Dr. Ho, if you are reading this, please consider replacing your office staff with people who are as nice and kind as yourself.‎
