As a brand new client, I call in on Friday to make a Tuesday appt. On Monday night, I find four increasingly emotional voice messages from Dr. Oh's secretary, Patti, wanting to confirm the appt. I call back Tuesday morning to see what the fuss is about, only to be told my appointment was dropped and another client was put in my place for not calling back Monday night. Huh??
