This has to be the worst customer service business I have ever gone through. Called them three weeks ago to get my land appraised and they told me to email them the coordinates. I sent them the coordinates that day and they told me it would be a week before they can get the land appraised and that they would email me at the beginning of the next week. After waiting until Thursday evening to call them because I have still yet to get the email. The lady that answers the phone said the main person is in a meeting and that they would call me back after the meeting. After waiting the rest of the day of not getting a call that they said they would, I called them the next day for them to tell me they are not going to be able to do my land. I would not recommend this company at all and if for some reason you do pick this company to do your land work get ready to stay on them to get your job done!
