Owner Bob Pesavento is a California Certified appraiser and a graduate of San Francisco State University. Located in Western Sonoma County, he has been president of both the Sonoma County Appraisers Association and the California Associatiation Of Real Estate Appraisers. He has seved on the Appraisal Standards Board in Washington DC, charged by Congress to create, interpret and modify the Uniform Standards Of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP.) A long term resident of Western Sonoma County, Bob has had over 20 years of experience appraising country properties and has expert knowledge of hard to find 4WD only roads.
