We have been clients of Montclair Animal Hospital since the hospital opened over 20 years ago. I can't say enough about Dr. Vernon he is great! He is knowledgeable and spends lots of time explaining what you pet needs and what you need to do. His wife Becky oversees the office. We have never owned a business but it has to be exhausting and overwhelming at times. Becky has always been friendly and helpful and the women working at the desk seem to love animals and go out of their way to help you out. If you have never been to Montclair Animal Hospital we feel you will find the facility spotless, the adults professional and your cherished pets are handled with lots of loving care. Tom and Ginny

Montclair Animal Hospital, (M.A.H.), is top notch for veterinarian care and animal boarding. Dr. Vernon is extremely knowledgeable, current, thorough and concerned about your pet. The hospital is well maintained and cleanliness is obviously one of many priorities. His wife and staff are also courteous, helpful and most of all genuinely concerned about your animal. I have had dogs all my life and found M.A.H. in 1987 upon moving to the area and after visiting other veterinarians in the vicinity. The compassion expressed and the care given to my dying 15 year old dog by Dr. Vernon and his wife will never be forgotten by myself nor my family. I've taken my animals to Montclair Animal Hospital since it opened it doors many, many years ago. I have always been treated with professionalism and courteousy. I raise my breed of dog and have found that even with multiple dogs, each gets the individual attention and care they need, when they need it. I think the staff is knowledgeable and prompt to respond to any concern I may have. I've never had a problem being seen immediately if the situation is urgent. Keep up the good job folks!!!

I have been a client at Montclair Animal Hospital for 12 years. The staff and doctor are very friendly and always helpful. Whenever there was a need for an emergency appointment the staff always worked me into the schedule. You know they truly love animals when they sit down on the floor with your dog and let your dog lick their face. Dr. Vernon is very patient and takes the time to explain things in layman terms so you fully understand the treatment plan. I highly recommend them and trust them completely!

I take my animals here for their check ups and the people are wonderful. The vet is incredible in his treatment and knowledge. I feel very comfortable and I can tell my animals do too. The staff treat both the animals and owners with respect and are polite. I don't know how the prices compare to other clinics. I liked this one so much I did not search anywhere else. They also board animals and have a very clean area for this. I have used it twice and have enjoyed how my dog has been treated.
