      Dr. William Ranucci, a talented oral and maxillofacial surgeon for over twenty years, welcomes patients of all ages at his recently renovated, solo practice in Montclair. “My mission is to deliver exceptional care in a clean, comfortable environment with minimal risk and side effects,” says the board certified oral surgeon. “We take on much more than wisdom teeth,” he says. His practice offers expertise in reconstructive dentistry, frenectomies, implants, bone & ridge grafting, facial trauma, biopsies of the mouth and face, as well as dermal fillers and Botox®. “Our practice is all about alleviating our patient’s anxieties, concerns, and fears,” he says. “We offer General Anesthesia, Iv Sedation and Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas) Sedation options. We are here to take care of you.” Patients often admit the experience wasn’t as traumatic as expected, a testament to his caring, comforting approach.
