General Info

I offer a supportive and safe environment for adults and seniors who are experiencing challenges in daily living. Together we will address and work through those challenges and, as a result, I will help you to grow more satisfied in your quality of life. I offer treatment for: Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Issues, as well as adjustments to life changes such as divorce, loss, or trauma. I have a general interest in helping individuals and families work through their emotional struggles and conflicts. I am a licensed psychotherapist with many years of clinical experience and training from New York University. I provide a grounded and solution focused approach to addressing life's difficulties.
