I am only leaving one star because no stars is NOT an OPTION. The person who answers the phone seem incompetent, gives you a number for billing that has been disconnected, you call back and you are placed on hold for over 10 mins and then......she hangs up the call. When I asked if there was a manager or administrator or ANYONE who knows what they are doing she placed me on hold again for 8 mins.

I hung up and I would never want to be a patient of such an incompetent office. If they cannot answer the phone correctly, how do you know your files are accurate or your diagnoses are not appropriate or in your file but someone else file. Scarry thought
