OPARC works to help people with disabilities and their families. Located in Montclair, Calif., the organization offers a range of programs in the categories of academic instruction, speech pathology classes to enhance communication skills, community access and behavior management, to name a few. It also provides on-site assistance with the activities of daily living as well as the opportunity to engage in paid and volunteer work. OPARC serves more than 725 adults with developmental and vocational disabilities.
