I am a Project Manager for a small company doing work around Pittsburgh. A condenser unit that I purchased from United turned out to have a bad compressor after a few days. First they told me they would exchange the unit; so my Forman uninstalled the defective one and took it in for an exchange. When he gets there the United employee tells him only the Compressor will be exchanged and the Labor cost to do it is our responsibility. The cost for all that time, I could have purchased a brand new unit I tell the store Rep. who in turn got an attitude with me. I would not recommend this store as they do not stand behind there products and have no concerns regarding labor cost associated with changing out MAJOR components of their equipment. I give them O Stars.
