I eat here all tI me, and it is usually very good, but today, they had no cookies done. So my cashier said since we were dining in she would bring a cookie over , that they were just in the over and it would be 5 or 6 min.....well we were done eating in about 15 -20 min, still no cookie, so I go up and ask. I am told they just now put the cookies in and it would be 11 min, ok fine, the cookie is for my 4yr old, he knows it's coming, we have to wait....so I went back to my seat, I wait 20 min, still no cookie...I go back to the counter, oh ya there done, just wait a min.....really?!?! I've waited how long now and u couldn't bring it to me!! The cashiers in there today need to learn some customer service!

although the food came fast... the cashier was not helpful nor polite and my order was completely wrong. when i began to complain the manager had an attitude. they did fix my order but i was completly turned off by the way i treated

Customer Service EXTRAORDINARE !!! I placed a to go order, and when I opened the bag,found the order was not correct. I called & s/w Phyllis who offered to correct the problem & asked me to stop back for the correct one. Well I was already sitting at Starbucks with friends at the other end of the parking lot from Panera's.. and declined as I did not want to get back in my car & drive back to Panera. Imagine my surprise when a Panera's employee appeared at Starbucks & handed me the correct order. TALK ABOUT SERVICE !!!!!!! I guess that explains why I eat at Panera every week
