The concept is do-it-yourself frozen yogurt with a healthy bent. You grab a cup of a suitable size, get in line, and dispense one or more of the eight to ten flavors into your cup. The flavors seem to rotate a bit every few days, so the experience isn't the same each time you go. All the choices are rich in calcium and vitamin B12, as well as being gluten free, if that happens to float your boat. It's hard to go wrong, as everything is quite tasty, even some of the more exotic offerings, so experimentation is encouraged. Once you've made your flavor selection, it's onto the toppings bar. The selction is diverse, ranging from the traditional fare like chocolate chips or diced walnuts to more interesting (and healthier) choices like fresh kiwi, mango, and pineapple. Everything looked fresh and delicious. After that, you pay for your selection by weight at the cashier's counter, where it is 45 cents per ounce, plus tax. It would also be great if they had some outdoor patio space.
