Walked in, no appointment, to get a pedicure. Was seen within 5 minutes. New, comfortable massage chairs. Great back massage for about 30 minutes. Wonderful pedicure. Clean, friendly, professional. Will definitely go back!

Star Nails is like any other small business of its type. Prices are low so they can keep overhead down. The manicurists are very good at their jobs and very friendly to the customers. My only complaint is that the manicurists don't wash their hands between clients. Also, the shop could use a litte more decorating! Some large fake plants, maybe, like hanging baskets in the windows and a fake tree or two placed strategically in the room. My overall rating for Star Nails is good.

CHEAP, fast, DIRTY, low quality. The manicure table is filthy and they REUSED their paraffin wax, no wonder they offer Free paraffin wax. They have serveral stores in Madison area but they won't tell you that they are a CHAIN. What you pay what you get.
