It's worth the drive to another dealership to get that step above service. Service- Took my Traverse in for recall work. I am not sure what happened to the service part of Service department. communication was minimal. the car was not vacuumed as I am accustomed to using other dealerships. Nor was it washed.

I have purchased 3 cars from Championship Motors over the last 6 years and have been extremely satisfied with the cars and the service provided each time. Not only were they very patient with me and let me check out as many vehicles as I wanted, but also were not pushy at all. The owners were upfront and honest about everything, this is a used car dealership, so it is common for some cars to have past issues, which the owners check out and resolve before selling the car. During the recession, many used car dealerships in the area went out of business. Chamionship Motors stayed in business because it is a well run, fantastic dealership with friendly salesmen and honest owners! I recommend anyone to go there and at least see for themselves before passing it up because of the other reviews on this place.

Great honest easy to work with people I went to Platinum Autos in Bellevue just to try to get out of a bad deal we got into at (described below ) We went back twice and were not pressured into anything, they even went in and did some research for us so that we could lower our debt, they were amazing honest and easy to get along with. They will only try and sell you what YOU want and what you say you can afford. I'll go back to them again that's for sure and would recommend them to anyone. On the other hand when we went to ____ just to look and after a wile some head guy came out and started bad mouthing the guy showing us around and just jabbing him for not making a sale. He then worked his magic on us and some how persuaded us to get a car that we didn't really like and REALLY could not afford

Tony was a wonderful help. He worked with us very much and let us know what was going on every step of the way. He tried his hardest to make sure we got what we wanted at a price that would work for us. He also explained everything in detail to us so that we weren't hit by any surprises. He was great with us and our children and tried to make sure we were comfortable with everything.

The factors that make the customer service so great is that an easy to understand explanation of service needed immediately and possible service anticipated in the future are given on the spot. I also like that an estimate of the cost of the service is given so I can budget the expense.
