On 3-16-13, my local auto shop was overbooked and could not get me in to change my headlight. Les Schwab recommended that I go to O'Reilly Auto Parts and said that they would gladly install my headlamp if I purchased one there. I had never heard of such service from an auto parts store and I must admit that I was apprehensive. However, I gave it a shot because I had to make a 100 mile drive in the dark and I really needed my driver's side headlight replaced. I was pleasantly surprised when the fellas working at O'Reilly's stood in the rain and changed my headlight for me. I would recommend O'Reilly's in Monroe to anyone of my friends or family. They did say that some on some makes & models, the headlamps are hard to access on the passenger side. They may not be able to assist everyone but, I sure do appreciate that kind of "above and beyond" customer service in this day and age. It saved me $79 too, which is how much the shop charges to change a headlight. Thanks O'Reillys :)
