- Dental SealantsTeeth develop in different segments causing most teeth to have fissures, grooves and pits. These areas of the teeth are the most common areas to get a cavity. Food and plaque will get stuck in the grooves and tooth brush bristles are too large to brush them out. A simple fix for this is the Dental Sealant.
- FillingsComposite resins, or tooth-colored fillings, provide good durability and resistance to fracture in small- to mid-size fillings that need to withstand moderate pressure from the constant stress of chewing. Unlike amalgam or silver fillings, composite fillings are mercury-free. They can be used on either front or back teeth. They are a good choice for people who prefer that their fillings look more natural. Tooth-colored fillings are now used more often than amalgam or gold fillings, probably due to cosmetics. In a society focused on a white, bright smile, people tend to want fillings that blend with the natural color of their teeth.
- Resin CompositeAt our office we offer composite resins for both front and back teeth to blend seamlessly with the natural color of your own teeth. For teeth in the back, Dr Gill is one of only a few dentists in town to use Sonic Filling Technology. This allows us to fill teeth better faster and stronger than ever before!
- CrownsBridges are another option to replacing a missing tooth. A bridge involves placing a crown on either adjacent tooth and then connecting or "bridging the gap with a fake tooth in between.

- Root Canal TreatmentRoot canal treatment is necessary when the pulp (soft tissue inside your teeth containing blood vessels, nerves and connective tissue) becomes inflamed or diseased. During root canal treatment, your dentist or endodontist (a dentist who specializes in treating the insides of teeth) removes the diseased pulp. The pulp chamber and root canal(s) of the tooth are then cleaned and sealed. If the infected pulp is not removed, pain and swelling can result, and your tooth may have to be removed.
- DenturesDentures are removable appliances that can replace missing teeth and help restore your smile. If you’ve lost all of your natural teeth, whether from gum disease, tooth decay or injury, replacing missing teeth will benefit your appearance and your health. That’s because dentures make it easier to eat and speak better than you could without teeth—things that people often take for granted.
- OverdenturesOverdenture. Sometimes some of your teeth can be saved to preserve your jawbone and provide stability and support for the denture. An overdenture fits over a small number of remaining natural teeth after they have been prepared by your dentist. Implants can serve the same function, too.
- Dental ImplantsIt isn't unusual for people to lose one or even multiple teeth during the course of their lives. If you find yourself in this situation the most common replacement for a missing tooth is either a bridge or an implant. If you have any questions about which is the right choice for you give us a call 360 794-9055 and Dr. Gill would be happy to discuss all the details and what would be better for your individual needs.
- Teeth WhiteningThere are many ways to whiten your teeth such as over the counter strips, toothpastes and rinses. The way to get the best results is through professional whitening trays and bleach. With this method we take a mold of your teeth and make custom trays that fit your mouth. We have different strengths of bleach based on each individual patient's needs.
