- Mr. Berger has a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, and the Snohomish County Bar Association. Mr. Berger is also licensed to practice in Western Washington and Eastern Washington Federal District Courts. He has practiced law in Washington State since 1995.

Mr. Kenneth A. Berger has a wide range of legal talents. He enjoys tough courtroom litigation. He also attempts to problem solve potential legal problems before they become more extensive. Mr. Berger has a Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association, and the Snohomish County Bar Association. Mr. Berger is also licensed to practice in Western Washington and Eastern Washington Federal District Courts. He has practiced law in Washington State since 1995. He was formerly a member of the Monroe City Council (16 years) and formerly a member of the Snohomish County Health District governance board. He also is an avid hiker, bicyclist, skier, and outdoorsman. His hobbies include woodworking and flying airplanes.
