I called to ask about an issue I was having with my Singer Quantum Stylist. Lonny took the time to answer my question and was totally right on with the issue. I am very thankful for his kindness and will certainly go here if I need something fixed.

I purchased a sewing machine there about a year ago and the sales woman was very informative , she went over the features of different machines while letting me use each one to compare myself and was very patient with my questions and lack of knowledge on sewing. I would recommend them to new sewers trying to decide on what type or level of machine to get. Better service and quality then you would get at a big box store .
