Our Mission and Vision: Stephill Associates mission is to help clients STEP over the HILLs of technology. Our vision began when we decided to start a one-company revolution and commit ourselves to eliminate client computer and network headaches by providing exceptional maintenance and support that is personal, one-to-one, professional, AND reliable. ( The #1 complaint of clients of IT Service firms is lack of response. ) We focus on getting to know client businesses and their systems to ensure the two are aligned with business goals. We want to prevent technical issues and problems from happening and respond super fast to those issues we can't prevent. What a concept! Our practice services focus on customized and personalized computer and telephone infrastructure installation, configuration, and support ; local and online backup and disaster recovery systems, and e-mail services such as hosted anti-spam and e-mail archiving. We recently added website filtering and tracking to help clients track their employees Internet usage. Our clients are individuals and businesses, the latter ranging from SOHO firms up to companies with 30 employees and multiple locations, generally residing in the New York City and New Jersey area. However, we do occasionally travel to take on projects out-of-state. For example, we built out the computer and telephone systems for a new store in Beverly Hills, California for a client based in New York City. We connected that store securely to the client's locations in Las Vegas and New York City over the Internet.
