If you read this, don't say I didn't warn you. I caught them charging me for a New Alternator that they never installed...said it was a mistake...also, installed a New Battery that I had just replaced and had a Warranty on...still billed me for it...NOW THE BEST PART...I had my car towed to them by AAA on Wednesday. Thursday and Friday I called and called but did not get any callbacks. Finally on Saturday, at 3:59, they called me to pick up my car. I was at the Shore so I told them I would pick it up Monday after work...THEY CHARGED ME $120 FOR STORAGE...SUNDAY & MONDAY....Can you believe it? If you do business with them, they will screw you somewhere. DON'T DO IT!! THEY HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS BUT ARE VERY UNETHICAL AND CHEATS...

These people should not even be in business. They have no professional attitude what so ever. The paint jobs I have seen come out of there looks like a 1st grader did it . (That's an insult to the 1st graders really.) Drippy paint jobs, lack of knowledge , and down right disgusting behavior! If you love your car, truck or suv DO NOT take it here. It will die afterwards. I have had my car repaired there once and I am never going back. It took them MONTHS to fix it and it STILL ended up going to the dealer. They 'had no idea what the problem was.' Hello ! I could have told you that! I wouldn't have brought it there if I knew it was just going to end up at the dealer anyway. So between being hassled, waiting for the car and finding out they took it to the dealer, NEVER TAKE YOUR CARS TRUCKS OR SUV's THERE. FIND REAL MECHANICS!!!!!!
