I received excellent service from this business. I had to turn off the outside breaker after each use of my Whirlpool Range because it failed to turn off manually. I called Rocks Appliances and explained the problem. The repairman was friendly, efficient, and honest. He told me that repairing this appliance would cost more than replacing it with a new one. It was not what I wanted to hear, but at least he was honest enough to tell me. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone seeking reliable, honest, and professional appliance repairs.
