I give this company one star because I can't give them less. Don't walk away from this company, RUN! You can't get them on the phone, always get voice mail. They have yet to return my call. Have been trying to get them to pick up medical equipment for a month. If you're lucky enough to get an appointment, no one shows up. Very frustrating trying to work with them. They have no idea what customer service means.

These people are terrible. The hospital ordered out equipment on Wednesday, they wouldn't deliver until Friday. When she died I called them to get the equipment and they wouldn't come get it until the next Wednesday. Made sure of the time, and was at the house. The guys never ran the door bell. So I got the "sorry we missed you" tag. Called and the refused to come back out until Friday. Now it's Friday and I cant get them to answer the phone so I know what time they will be coming by so I'll make sure that I'm at the house. Never use these people. Plus the woman on the phone is often rude.
