I have used this Insurance Agency for over 13 years and I am ready to change after certain people left, they have one very rough and unfriendly agent - is not helpful or kind in any way, when you ask her for a quote she acts like it is such a chore, If she does not like her job she needs to work some where else that does not deal face to face with the public - very unprofessional. I am in the process of receiving other quotes from other agencies I will change this year, I even had other agencies tell me that that heard how rough and unprofessional she is. I will pass the word also. Very unpleased customer.
