Dr. Ward left my 90 and 89 year old parents to wait for an hour in an examination room. He went randomly from room to room seeing patients that had walked in after us. When I asked him about it he said he had no idea what time anyone's appointments were he just goes from room to room. His office staff was very unfriendly and no help. He did not apologies until I had complained and then it was very angrily done. Would never go back . Horrible bedside manner .

The front desk staff at the Monroe location need to inform their patients about their co payment after a surgery . Office staff were not friendly or helpful.

This place is the best. I love you Dr.Ward.
