I would give this service 0 stars if it were possible. It's not necessarily the drivers fault or the people at the Hub. But trying to get through to someone on this phone setup is definitely a headache. I got the same response the other review gave. "We don't have the # of the UPS hub you're trying to reach". and "We don't have any information on your package, try calling back tomorrow". They have no information on it yet I'm looking at where it's been over the last 3 days on my computer.. I have more information than they do? Yeah, sure. Make sure you have 20-30 minutes free if you're going to try to find anything out using this phone #.

Unbelievable! It is nearly impossible to get through to a human. When I finally got through, the person was not at the location I was trying to contact. After wasting nearly half an hour of my time, the person said that she does NOT know the phone number of the location I was trying to call! This is why I rarely ship via UPS!
