  Dr. Mehregan graduated with high honors from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a biology degree. Here, he subsequently received his medical degree and completed two research fellowships and an internal medicine internship before serving a dermatology residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He then finished a dermatopathology fellowship at New York University to conclude his academic training.
